Tring Park Festival of Light – Wednesday 25th October
This is a bit further afield but this looks like a fantastic event if you’re willing to make the journey!
For one night only Tring Park will be illuminated for a truly magical evening.
Place: Tring Park, Tring, Hertfordshire (nearest postcode HP23 6AP)
Date: Wednesday 25th October 2017
Time: 6pm to 9pm.
Price: £5 per person, Family 4 (2 adults, 2 children): £18, Family 5 (2 adults, 3 children): £22, Under 2’s free.
Parking: Available at the joint Natural History Museum at Tring and Woodland Trust car park on Hastoe Lane. Parking is limited so please do use the car parks in Tring, Walk or use public transport where possible. There will be directional arrows from Tring High Street on the evening for you to follow.
Dogs: Dogs are very welcome at this event. please do keep them on a lead for the duration.
Extra things to know: Please dress appropriately for the weather, as it may be muddy and cold, and bring a torch with you! There will be an opportunity to make your own lantern to carry with you at the start if you would like too, but please do bring an empty, clean jar with you! Refreshments and portable toiles will be available during the event.
This event is suitable for all ages but under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Chinese lanterns and naked flames are not permitted.
