Pubs with a Garden and Play Area in Oxfordshire

Pubs with a Garden and Play Area in Oxfordshire

In the summer months we are always on the look out for pubs with a garden and play area.

On a glorious summer’s day there’s nothing better than having some lunch and a glass of wine in a pub garden, and if you can find one with a play area so the children can play – even better!

See below a list of pubs in Oxfordshire with a  garden and play area:

This pub has a great carvery on a Sunday and also boasts a large garden of almost two acres in size with a barbeque area, benches and an excellent children’s play area.

  • I think maybe the description on The Three Horseshoes should be updated. We visited last minute this weekend – after seeing it on this list – and the children’s play area was very scruffy/overgrown, with no sandpit and a very dirty stream filled with rubbish. The food was incredibly slow and I would describe the food as average at best.

    • Hi Sarah,

Thank you for your comment and I’m so sorry you were disappointed after seeing it on this list. We haven’t been since last summer but your experience doesn’t sound good – i’ll try and visit again in the next month but in the mean time I will pass on your comments to the pub.

Thanks again for sharing your experience.

      Kate xx
